These terms apply when you commission a sitting, an advisory day, or a written brief from Utility Canvascore, or when you use this website. By sending a booking note or using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not commission work and do not use the site to send personal details.
The work
We observe household watching of streaming apps and write briefs. We do not sell software, subscriptions, or a login. Dates in an estimate are held only after the deposit named in that estimate is received. Households are recruited by us; they are not your employees.
Your materials
You remain responsible for licences to any title, app build, or guest profile you provide. You warrant that you have the right to let an observer watch that build in a private home. You will not ask us to record a household on video unless a separate written agreement says so; our standard method is a paper log.
Intellectual property
The timed logs and the brief we write are licensed to you for internal use in connection with the title or app named in the estimate. You may share them with contractors who are bound to keep them confidential. You may not publish a household’s words, neighbourhood, or composition without our written consent and the household’s. Our method notes, recruitment list, and this website remain ours.
Conduct of evenings
Households may end a sitting at any time. We will not force a watch. If a sitting is cut short for reasons in the home, we log what occurred and discuss whether a replacement evening is needed. You will not send unannounced staff to a household.
Liability
We take reasonable care with logs and briefs. We do not promise that a title will hold an audience, that a schedule will succeed, or that a play-head trace will match a room. Our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, and fraud). We are not liable for lost bookings, lost advertising, or disappointed slate plans that follow a brief you disagree with.

This site is offered as information about our sittings. Pages may change. Forms send a note to our desk; they do not create a contract until we send a written estimate and you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
