Programme schedule advisory

A day with your scheduler, using field notes and any play-head traces you already have, to decide when a title should actually land.

Some teams already have logs, traces, or last year’s launch scars. They need a day of argument, not another recruitment. A schedule advisory is that day.

We sit with the people who still control drop dates, episode holds, and the shape of a weekend row. You bring whatever records you trust. We bring our field notes from comparable Malaysian evenings: Ramadan hours, Friday football, the 10 p.m. kettle, the Sunday afternoon kids’ block. Together we mark where a drop will meet an empty sofa.

No new households are visited unless you add an evening. The follow-up is a short note of the decisions made in the room, not a second brief. If the day reveals that you do not in fact have comparable notes, we will say so and point you to a study instead of filling the gap with confidence.
