Studies

Studies we will sit through with you

Each study is a human sitting, a timed log, and a brief. Pick the length that matches the question you actually have about how people watch your streaming app.

We recruit households in the Klang Valley who already keep the app on their set. An observer arrives at the agreed hour, takes a chair that is not the best one, and writes what the room does. Play-head traces, if your team can share them, are read afterwards as a second voice — never as a replacement for the evening.

Fees start from the figures on each card. Travel beyond Petaling Jaya, extra nights, and a Malay or Chinese version of the brief are quoted in writing before we book the first sofa.
