Figures below are starting points in ringgit for work in the Klang Valley. They include recruitment of households from our list, the observer’s time, and the written document named on the card. They do not include travel beyond Selangor, extra evenings, or a second language version of the brief.
We send a written estimate after we know the title, the week, and whether play-head traces will be available. A deposit holds the household dates; the rest is due when the brief is delivered. Refund and cancellation rules are on a separate page.
If you only need an hour of conversation and no sitting, say so. We will not stretch that hour into a study you did not ask for.
Full watch-behavior study
Three to five household evenings, timed logs, and a written brief with a working session.
Episode drop-off review
Focused sittings on a single episode or a short arc, with a marked timeline of walk-outs and pauses.
Launch-week viewing watch
Observation during a title’s first seven days, including at least one Friday night and one weeknight.
Household profile evening
One recruited home, one observer, a complete night’s log. Useful as a sample before a longer study.
